Irodori (彩日本料理) is presenting a sakura-themed menu inspired by Hanami — the long-standing Japanese tradition of welcoming spring. Also known as the "cherry blossom festival," this annual celebration is about appreciating the temporal beauty of nature and, by extension the seasonal ingredients.

"Inspired by the beauty of sakura blossoms, our team has created dishes, such as cherry blossom chirashi sushi, cherry blossom clear clam soup, steamed egg custard cherry blossoms and shrimp balls in five colors, which will not only catch your attention but also surprise your senses," said Jimmy Lee, chef de cuisine of Irodori at Grand Hyatt Taipei (台北君悅酒店).
From now until March 31, this seasonal event — nicknamed "Sakura Season Feast" (春季櫻花食趣) — at Irodori offers the most authentic Japanese dishes, complemented by the top-notch service for which Grand Hyatt Taipei is renowned. ■
